Thermiculite

A breakthrough in both heat and chemical resistance, Thermiculite® High Temp gasket materials are rated for temperatures from cryogenic up to 1000ºC and have passed the API 607 fire test.

Thermiculite® sealing materials withstand high temperatures in critical service, corrosive environments and are free from oxidation.

Due to our unique formulation, we are able to offer Thermiculite® as a sheet material, as a filler for spiral wound gaskets, as a facing for kammprofiles and also in many of our other product lines.

We have also developed a range of valve stem packings, which utilises Thermiculite® technology.

Thermiculite® is suitable for replacing aramid, glass, and carbon fibre; PTFE and graphite gaskets in a number of industrial applications.
